Advertising/Promotion Requests
For items you wish to be included in a timely manner, please send them to our general email esainfo@ualberta.ca on the Friday before your anticipated promotion period at the latest. Your requested item(s) should appear on the Monday after.
Newsletters
Our ESA newsletter are sent out mid-month, once a month outside of the school year and bi-monthly (every second and fourth Monday of the month) during the school year.
External Job and Volunteer Opportunities
Job and volunteer postings can be sent to the ESA by individuals or organizations.

Clarify whether it is a volunteer or paid position
